Forge is Atlassian’s current platform for Cloud apps. Embertail apps were built for it from the start, not moved across from an older one.
Questions go straight to the app’s developer, not a ticket queue. Replies usually come within one working day (UK time).

Pivot tables and roll-ups inside Jira
Roll work up from sub-tasks to initiatives, slice it by any field, chart it, and let AI build the report from a plain-English question. The AI runs on Atlassian’s own Forge LLM service, so your data stays inside Atlassian.
Pivot asks Jira only for permission to read, and shows people only what their own Jira access allows.
Describe the report you want, or start from a template. The AI only sets the report up; every number is counted from your Jira data.
People down the side, statuses across the top, story points in the cells. Any field works on either axis.
One value of the pivot as bars or lines. The table keeps every number.
Click a cell for the issues that make it up, broken down by status, person and type. Any report exports to Excel, CSV or PDF.
Time logged per person and issue, day by day, with weekly totals.
Open work per person against the hours they have over the next few weeks, with anyone overloaded flagged.
